Returns Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

STANDARD RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

NOTE: On some of our contracts or RFQ’s we extend our standard return policy. Please refer to your paperwork or feel free to contact us.

NOTE: Some of our suppliers have a non-turn policy, especially on custom items. Please call us if you have questions regarding this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once our supplier receives your return and it meets with their approval for refund we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment. You will receive the refund within the amount of days determined by your card issuers policies.

SHIPPING / RE-STOCKING FEES

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and that amount will be deducted from your refund deposit. Some suppliers charge re-stocking fees. These are non-refundable and will be deducted for the refund deposit.
